Spurious error message during OS update due to illegal
option in ps command.

Korean text can't display the text.
Defect Description:
PHSS_26974:
JAGae15402
The control scripts use 'ps' command with an option, '-C'.
The '-C' option is conformant to XPG4/UNIX95 standards.
The archived version of the 'ps' command used in SD TOOLS
doesn't support the XPG4/UNIX95 standards behavior.
PHSS_24933:
JAGad82896
HP-UX doesn't provide/support TrueType fonts.
o JAVA requires Korean TrueType fonts to render
Korean text. All ISUs that have dependencies
on JAVA would fail to display the text.
o X window based applications need TrueType fonts.
