Symptoms:
	PHSS_26976:

Spurious error message during OS update due to illegal
	 option in ps command.

	 JAGae11471
Chinese character 0xa1a4 can't be displayed.

	PHSS_24935:
	  JAGad82896
Application programs that use TrueType fonts for rendering
Chinese(Simplified) text can't display the text.

Defect Description:
	PHSS_26976:
	  JAGae15402
The control scripts use 'ps' command with an option, '-C'.
The '-C' option is conformant to XPG4/UNIX95 standards.
The archived version of the 'ps' command used in SD TOOLS
doesn't support the XPG4/UNIX95 standards behavior.

	  JAGae11471
The Chinese character 0xa1a4(GB encoding) mapped to
incorrect Unicode character in the mapping/sym table.

	PHSS_24935:
	  JAGad82896
	  HP-UX doesn't provide/support TrueType fonts.
o JAVA requires Chinese(Simplified) TrueType fonts to
render Chinese(Simplified) text. All ISUs that have
dependencie on JAVA would fail to display the text.

o X window based applications need TrueType fonts.

o printers need fonts for printing GB18030 characters.
