font issues with netscape 4.7x

If you are using Netscape 4.7x on a HP-UX system, you may notice that fonts used in the ITRC appear larger than they should. Some services in the ITRC are using UTF-8 encoding, which this version of the Netscape browser doesn't process properly. To work around this problem, please reconfigure your browser:
  1. Go to the Edit menu, and choose Preferences.

  2. In the outline on the lefthand side of the dialog box, select Fonts (under the Appearance heading).

  3. From the For the Encoding drop-down list, choose “Unicode.”

  4. Set the Variable Width Font to 11.

  5. Set the Fixed Width Font to 11.

  6. Enable the option: Use my default fonts, overriding document-specified fonts.

  7. Click OK to close the dialog box.
